Residents share a common desire to promote harmony and happiness within our community. There are many opportunities to participate in our association and to make it the best it can be. HOW 3 CHISOLM WORKS

We are a Board with areas of concern carved out. We meet four times a year (March, May, September and December) in person/zoom but are in constant contact with each other. 

Please contact us directly with your concerns, big and small. If it is an emergency, and you see our manager Tommy Knisley (843-224-1822) of course tell him.

Board meeting Minutes may be accessed on the Minutes and Reports Page after they have been approved by the Board of Directors. In addition, all the Association announcements and upcoming events and meeting schedules will be posted.
